I love…..
Monday, April 13th, 2009
I was tagged by the beautiful Isa from
Bohemian Musings to list seven things I love and I’m very excited since this is my first tag! Thank you so much for the lovely award too!
It really makes my day! I have so many things that make me smile but here are some of my most favorite things….
1) Fashion
I love that fashion gives people freedom to be creative with their individualism. It’s such an exciting, fascinating, thrilling and fantastic world that one day I wish to be a part of.
2) Models
I’m always in awe of natural beauty and I love beautiful people. My dream job is to be a model agent where I’m traveling all over the world to find the next big model.
3) Music and lyrics
I love fun silly pop music that has a beat and I can dance around to but I also listen to oldies and I think the beatles are the coolest band ever.
4) My cat Goofy
Goofy is my cat and also my best friend. She listens to all my problems without judging or criticizing me as long as I feed her afterwards.
5) Cheeseburgers
I love cheeseburgers! I only eat them once in a while though.
6) Sleeping
I’m a very light sleeper so I wake up frequently at night so I take naps as many as I can get during the day. Sleep is one of the best free luxuries one has.
7) Romantic movies
I believe in love and happily ever after. Love between two people should be unconditional and eternal. I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes from Shakespeare.
“I’ll follow you and make a heaven out of hell, and I’ll die by your hand which I love so well.”

Me and Topshop
Saturday, April 11th, 2009
I was really excited for the Kate Moss spring/summer 09 collection for topshop except for the fact that many pieces are out of my budget. However, I snatched up this sweater online as soon as I saw it and it came in the mail yesterday. To my surprise, the covergirl on the huge posterbook they included in the package was wearing the same sweater! I thought that was pretty cool.
I hope you all have an amazing Easter weekend and I love you all for leaving the sweetest comments! xxoxoxoxoxo

Playful
Thursday, April 9th, 2009
I’ve been thinking about wearing a cropped top and I found this old shirt from topshop and decided to roll it up and play with it. It was a gloomy day so a bright yellow color was my choice to lighten up my day.
There are a couple of summer sandals and heels that I want so much but they’re respectively $80 and $125 each so it’s killing me. Someone needs to keep my hands away from the wallet!

Brian Shimanksy
Wednesday, April 8th, 2009
This is Brian Shimansky and he’s signed with Major Model Management in NY. Major is one of my favorite male modeling agencies and they’re doing a great job with the new faces. He looks athletic, chiseled, toned, sensual and sexy. I haven’t see lips that full on a guy before.
I like the styling and the way the light falls on his face. Amazingly manly, yes?

Light and Airy

Shorts are one of my favorite things to wear and I wanted to wear printed shorts this summer. I found these shorts on sale at Spiral Girl and bought it instantly.
I’m feeling really tired and it can be a bit painful to put on a smile but I tried. I think that even when you’re feeling bad, smiling puts you in a good mood.
I love the zipper details in the front.
The belt in the back is unexpected and cute.
Peace out!!!! xxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Dark and Sensual
Monday, April 6th, 2009
Today was the perfect day to wear this cut-out black dress because I was in a dark and sensual mood.
For some reason, I was thinking about the quote from “Finding Neverland” movie when Johnny Depp said to his friend that if there is any glimpse of happiness, there are some people who are always there to destroy it. It doesn’t make sense to me when people would attack someone just because they’re happy or just simply living their life. I would rather that there are happy people in the world than miserable people, don’t you think? It would really be a better world if we set out everyday with a goal to make someone smile or laugh or give a sincere compliment.
I hope everyone is having a great Monday! xxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Silver Silver
Saturday, April 4th, 2009
So yes, after I’ve seen countless Balmain collection photos on almost every blog, I’ve been searching for a sequin jacket and as soon as I saw this silver-sequined one on topshop, I knew I had to get one. Goodbye savings!
I went shopping after work today and got this silver cuff at one of my favorite Japanese boutiques at the mall called “Spiral Girl”.
What are you guys doing for the weekend? I’m going to take as many naps as I can and catch up on some reading. I have some exciting purchases that I can’t wait to show you guys next week! Love you! xxoxoxoxxoxoxo

Museum Day….
Friday, April 3rd, 2009
I went to the Hawaii State Art Museum this afternoon and wondered around.
The three little pigs and Not so big, Not so bad wolf! Isn’t that hilarious?
One of my favorite paintings in the room. If he were alive, he would make a very good model.
Another wonderful painting. I love the big, bold flower on her head and the way she’s smoking as if she’s doesn’t have a care in the world.
She looks so pretty and graceful but is she happy?
This is a sculpture of a shoe family: a shoe mother, a shoe father and two little shoe kids. So cute!
Can’t get enough…

I’m having a major sweet tooth right now and craving sugar! Aren’t those cupcakes just divine? It’ll be like eating a sweet flower.
