Are everyone high on fashion as much as I am? I love checking out all the spring collections so far and I’m liking what I see…I think the trends are going to be collared shirt dresses and sheer cut-outs on the dresses and skirts as well as side slits. The streetstyle is as impressive as ever..as you can see below!

Lubov Azria’s way of dressing is full of inspiration. She looks appropriate for her age yet sexy, daring and confident. 
I always love strong women designers in fashion: Miuccia Prada, Donatella Versace, Jill Stewart, Donna Karen, Diane Von Furstenburg etc. Phobe Philo at Celine is truly an inspiration to me because her designs reflects who she is as a person and what she envisions women to wear 10 years from now. It’s officially fashion week and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m planning to be there, just traveling to all the major cities next year. This year is all about studying, working and saving money. Speaking of money, Zara just wiped out half of my bank account today! But they have such great basics and I’ve been waiting for this moment forever……that’s the excuse that I gave myself anyway. I can’t even imagine what will happen when H & M starts shipping to the U.S! 
After a long weekend, I want to go back to the office in bright-colored dress that is both chic and comfortable.

One question that I think about when I read blogs is that how much personality the blogger is showing on his/her blog. Of course, we want people to think positively of us when they visit our blogs but I’m curious about the flaws as well. There are things that I like about myself but there are also things I don’t like very much. I like that I’m very friendly person, I tend to approach things with a sense of humor, I will do anything for someone I love and I’m a good listener. But I don’t like that I’m not really as outgoing as I want to be, I can get offended very easily (I’m working on it), I can be a pain in social events where I’ll act awkward and say all the wrong things (I didn’t mean to, really!), and I complain way too much about the weather…which I have no control of. What about you? I want to know what you like and don’t like about yourself.

Did you guys have a great weekend? Last Saturday, I went to the dentist and went through a painful cleaning plus a consultation where I was informed that I need to remove my two wisdom teeth and I will be sedated during the procedure on my next visit. Yeah, I’m totally looking forward to that…(*sarcasm wink*). So naturally, I went to the mall afterwards and bought a couple of new things to calm myself. Shopping is one of the ways I cope with stress. What about you?

One of the reasons why I love blogging so much is that you get to share a part of yourself with the world and enjoy getting to know other people in the process. I’m a pretty quiet person but I get fired up if I’m talking about something I have a passion for. I guess today, I want to share a couple of things about me that you don’t know…so here it goes:
1. English is not my first language.
2. I’ve only had two boyfriends in my life.
3. I’m a very consistent person and I admire and respect people who are consistent in what they do, what they say and what they believe in.
4. I’m very loyal. Once I decide that I like you, it is FOREVER.
5. One of the biggest mystries for me is when I hear people criticize or made fun of Tom Cruise so hatefully and aggressively. I still don’t get it. When I saw him jumping on Oprah’s couch professing his love for Katie Holmes, I was just feeling so happy looking at him. I thought Wow, that was pretty amazing that he’s not afraid to show his emotions. I didn’t think anything more than that. I was so surprised to see how the American public reacted to the whole situation…it was terrible. They seemed to enjoy attacking for his belief in Scientology (America is a free country the last time I checked and everyone is free to believe whatever religion they want, right? So why attack him?) or his height or his roles in movies…..but I couldn’t understand the whole backlash or hate for someone who is just so excited to find a girl he loves.
Anyways….
