I always leave my hair down except when I take a shower. I never want to tie my hair up because I feel like I’m oppressing my hair. And also because I went to a school where all girls are told to keep their up at all times and I hated it. I try to rebel by putting my hair down one day and got into a huge trouble. I really believe that people should be free to do what they please with their body and hair and since school, I never, ever wear my hair up again.
But of course sometimes, seeing girls on the runway with their polished hair in a pretty bun makes me want to tie my hair up so I’ll probably try that this summer but then I will always prefer my hair down.
I love fashion editors who keep their hair as their signature style!

The movies that inspires me in my way of dressing are: Lolita, Claire’s Knee, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, The Devil Wears Prada, Virgin Suicides, The Talented Mr.Ripley, and any Tim Burton’s movies. I would like to showcase three of my favorites: 
In Lolita, the main character Lo wears floral dresses, crop tops with high-waisted shorts and her hair is in pretty braids.

Claire’s Knee..I rented this movie from my university library a while ago and I thought it was an original story with a thought-provoking dialogue. I’m usually into bodycon dresses and form-fitting clothes but right now, I’m more into wearing pieces that are comfortable, loose and light. Oversized clothes can be a bit overwhelming if you’re petite, but you can combine them with fitted tops or belted for a more defined look. Here are some of my inspirations:

A new week begins and as an impulsive dresser, I tend to pick what I’m going to wear at the last minute. But I usually choose to wear structured shirts tucked in with skinny jeans and layered with a light cardigan or jacket for the deadly cold air-conditioned office or a body con dress with colorful accessories.
