I think asymmetrical shapes are very alluring at the moment. I’m particularly liking the skirts..perfect with cropped sweaters, lace tanks and bright sandals for summer.

As a photographer I love symmetry and balance and I was never a big fan of the asymmetrical creations but these examples are so beautiful that make me think differently 🙂

I love assymetry. All of these skirts are gorgeous, I never really thought about asymmetrical skirts, usual I think about off shoulder blouses and things but these are lovely! And what a funny quote from Curtis, now I’ll feel more confident when I’m wearing skirts.

I love skirts, they make you feel independent, sexy (not in a nasty was) and successful. I really truly like the skirt from nastygal, cause i love the fact that is is shorter in the front and almost like a large tail in the back! btw you said you can’t wait to say goodbye to the boss of yours, does that mean you are quitting your job(and is actually going to do something completely different??), or is she? just curious.. anyways so great for you to “be free of her” since she made you work late, as it seems, a lot of times! besides, how are you? myself, i am fine ( apart from the usual.. that i am stressed to the extreme, and apparently i am coming down with the flu.. god i do not have time for that! : P) xoox
I quite like the skirt that is short at the back and longer at the front. I am not keen on asymmetrical styles that slant to the side at the front.

I really wish I was tall. It’s not easy to pull off asymmetrical looks when you are short!! I totally love skirt #2. But I don’t agree with Curtis’s quote. I think you feel confident because you are wearing a skirt.. it gives you the feeling of a powerful, sexy woman. And when you get that feeling, it makes you more confident. I’m not sure if that made sense haha.
