I’m usually into bodycon dresses and form-fitting clothes but right now, I’m more into wearing pieces that are comfortable, loose and light. Oversized clothes can be a bit overwhelming if you’re petite, but you can combine them with fitted tops or belted for a more defined look. Here are some of my inspirations:
Ginta Lapina for Sportmax SPring 2011 compaign
Comfort and style at its best!
Aren’t these a great alternative to sweatpants? They look so luxurious! Theyskens Theory Lolit Pants in Black and White $130.00 (Shopbop.com)
From Left to Right: Market HQ Drawstring Pants $139.00, Market HQ Daisy Duke Skirt $99.00, And the dress from free people that I’m crazy about! OMG! (Buttondown Pleated Maxi Dress $338.00)
This is my fancy comfy outfit. 1.Blazory Waistcoat $683.00 (boutique1.com) 2. Antipodium Black Haughty Culture Sheer Maxi Skirt $349.00 (frockaholics.com) 3. Laney Stripey Patent Sandals in Black $160.00 (Topshop.com) 4. Orange Contrast Leather Pushlock Satchel $100.00 (Topshop.com) 5.. Hugging Sparrow Brass Ring $40.00 (Fossil.com) 6. Vintage Butterfly Bracelet $42.00 (Fossil.com)
Do you find it challenging when it comes to dressing for both comfort and style?
Have a relaxing Thursday! xoxoxoxoxoxoox0

Mixing style with comfort? Pure perfection!
Eternally yours,

Love the oversized style for this summer. The trousers are great and look effortless, but yet stylish. The best combination for the summer.

Ahh, completely obsessed with this look for spring/summer! Love those two inspiration photos you pulled. And I need a sheer maxi skirt in my life, though one that’s a tad cheaper. I think there’s one on Nasty Gal right now that I may buy. How are you?! I owe you back an email this weekend. 🙂
Happy Thursday!

THe first image left me speechless…. it’s really so chic, wow it looks more YSL (because of it extreme chic taste) than MaxMara.

I am a huge fan of bodycon dresses too…and recently got into loose fitting pants as well. Sometimes about menswear for women speak to me! I love everything you posted (haha like always!)

I loved the trousers! They look so confortable!
I totally agree, I’ve been feeling the same way! I think it’s all the 70’s inspiration off the runway, makes me want longer and flowier pieces. Great selection as usual love!

You are actually right. I saw those pretty examples of loose pants and outfits and they really look good 🙂
Especially linen ones like these Theyskens Theory Lolit Pants! I also loved that Blazory vest that you shared and the Topshop sandals.
You’re always full of great styling tips 🙂
xoxoxo
I want a transparent maxi skirt so bad! Great post:)
Love love love this look and I cannot wait to try it!
I am petite, and this is a bit overwhelming! I never feel quite right when I have pants billowing out like that. I love the outfit with the blue top! So classic!
And btw, your Phillip Lim review is up!

Gorgeous!! I love the flow of these outfits!! I tend to enjoy form fitting clothes as well but this look is great too. However I do like oversized shirts with jean shorts or something but never full on baggy. Unless I’m veggin’ out. : ) Those pants look sooo comfortable!!
Your post is always awesome. Love it!
thank you for sharing 🙂
Hi sweetie! how are you?
I’ve been so lost, Im really sorry but I’ve been so busy 🙁
I love the post, I want the jewelry nowwwww!!!
See you 🙂
loose and light is great for spring! I really like the second picture, of the girl with the loose white top, hair down, and grey pants – for some reason, it reminded me of when I went to spain! In the heat, loose clothing was very fashionable :p plus, loose clothing can be slimming if done right!
I’m sooo loving wide legs trousers right now. I wish they looks good on me. Damn my big hips
