I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend! When I was making this post today, I was thinking about how other bloggers find ideas for their blog, especially if you blog often. Do you find it hard? Do you find it easy? I usually write down what I want to post for the week so that I don’t forget. But there are times where I just stare at my computer. Do you plan your posts in advance? Do you post on a whim? I would love to know!

Two of my favorite photos from an editorial called “Young Romantics” by Chelsea Millunchick. What I love most about is what Chelsea said about the story: “ This story is about young romantics, and that feeling you get when you first fall in love. It’s that special moment when two lovers first share this secret together and they feel as if they are the only two people alive in the world. It’s a wonderful sense of freedom and invincibility. Love is full of happy, quiet and intimate moments and it was important for me to capture all of these emotions”.

Finding inspiration for blogs is a pretty interesting topic. My inspiration level swings with my moods–when I’m super happy and have a lot going on in my life I have no trouble finding things to post about. But when I’m sad or lonely and there’s not much happening (hence I also have more spare time) i’m annoyingly at a loss for what to post. It’s cool how you plan out what you’ll post for the week! I wish I could be that organized. Sometimes when a special holiday or month is coming up, I’ll think “oh it’s Valentines Day, i need a v-day post” or something along those lines. I adore these flowy bohemian looks! Gorgeous!
The great thing is we can dress like it’s Coachella even when it’s not! Cool post!
I love waking up in my boyfriend’s shirt too, they are the best shirts ever, too bad they don’t make the same for woman. I like the octopus ring too, it’s really cool.
I don’t prepare my post in advance though I try really hard, but I am so poorly organize that I always forget what I wanted to do in the first place. I think it’s easier for me to do things as they come to me ^^
My inspiration comes solely from my own awesomeness.

For me, finding stuff to post about depends on my mood 🙂 It depends if something exciting happened or if my days were blah. But most of the time, I don’t plan it out and just sit/ stare at my computer until something pops up! haha good for you that you plans yours out and never seem to run out of things to say 😀

re: ah oui, it is! i kind of got a thing for paris lately, someday i plan on moving there and study economics or something else i’ll never use and have coffee and croissants every day. if that ever happens i will be dressed like that!

Hi, Shin! Hope you had a great weekend. If I find something interesting and I want to elaborate the subject I plan the post in advance. There are certain issues I want to write about and I write them down, do a little research and when I feel inspired enough I just write the post. But I also post on a whim, I come across something I find beautiful or interesting and I just have to post it. And there are times when I just stare at the computer, not knowing what to begin with or what to write about. And then I know I just have to take a break. 🙂 Wishing you a wonderful week! xoxo

Nice findings.To answer your first question: The fashion-ID blogposts are based on profound studies, so we do write them in a longterm run. But posts of other categories, I write it mostly spontanously, what I think could be of interest and on trend.

I love all the pictures =) I schedule my blogs in advance (usually 3 in advance). Being a mom, it’s easier for me to get other things done that way. I do get stumped sometimes when trying to think of what to blog. Then I take a step back and just look around my house to see what is pretty, comforting, or funny to me and blog about that until I get a burst of inspiration =)

Sometimes when I see something I wanna blog about I’ll email the link to my blog gmail account. Or, i’ll go ahead and write about it then and just time the post for a different day. But then, most days, if I can’t think of something to write within about 5 min, I just say screw it, i’m not writing anything today.

I have a full-time job so I usually write at least 2 posts at the weekend then schedule them for the following week so that if I’m too busy my blog isn’t completely neglected!

I don’t want it is an outfit blog, I’m studying fashion design and I want to talk about it and then about other things like travels, my passions, photography..
Only in november 2010 I started to write with constance and I’ve seen the results 🙂
Sometimes is very hard to write, I’d want to talk about..all the fashion world but in the end I talk about nothing… It’s very difficult because I’d like that my blog will become serious, you know.. I want people who read my blog because they can’t find in internet what I write because is my original idea.. I’d like to do this at better..

Hm…i find inspirations from fashion mags, fashion websites, or sometimes as cheating as it sounds, i get inspirations from other fashion bloggers (yes, that includes you too gorgeous,hehe)!!! But i guess mood has a lot to do with it (as in what i’m feeling) or if i had a fun outin or a great beauty/fashion purchase or gift, then i’ll blog about that! like my tiff braclet,lol

Then again, i’m sucha lazy cow and procastinator, so i’ll see if it actually happens,lol. With my blog posts – they are generally at the moment to do with my current outfits, which I am able to upload frequently as I am currently on holidays so I have so much time on my hands!
Anyway, for other posts I pretty much think up of something during the day and note the idea until I can write it all out.
