My fashion idols are people who dare to be different and are consistent with their style and vision. Here are my top 10!
10. Kate Laphear – with her signature short blond hair that is instantly recognizable and her chic all black outfits, Kate has stolen my heart.
9. Diane Von Furstenberg – A strong and sexy woman never goes out of style. I love her attitude and sense of humor.
8. Lori Goldstein – The genius stylist that I can only aspire to be. My favorite editorial of Lori from Vogue Italia 2009 titled “Too Shy Shy..Hush Hush”.
7. Garance Dore – The most stylish Parisian export to the U.S. The blogger we all love.
6. Joe Zee (Elle Fashion Director) – Joe always makes me laugh whether he’s wearing an outrageous chanel fur coat or socializing with “difficult” people.
5. Jenna Lyons (Jcrew creative director) – Jcrew has never look better under Jenna’s creative regin. I look forward to their catalouges and fawn over their styling endlessly.
4. Anna Wintour – The queen of ice! A lot of people may hate her but I admire people who are CONSISTENT and have a clear vision. That’s the sign of a true leadership.
3. Carine Roitfeld – Ah Carine! The coolest and sexiest Parisian of them all.
2. Karl Lagerfeld -” Yes, some people say to me you’re too skinny, but never a skinny person says that to me, only people who could lose a few pounds say that”. Always funny, entertaining and extraordinarily talented. I love him! 1. Anna Della Russo: And finally! The uncomparable Anna Della Russo! Can you believe she’s 47 years old?! What I love the most about Anna is that she’s fiercely devoted to fashion and no matter what, she’s just going to wear anything she likes with a big smile and confidence! To me, that is the sexiest thing in the world!

Soooo many of my idols are on here, but I have a few more…Taylor Tomasi-Hill for sure, I love her ability to mix things together and always look edgy yet chic at the same time. Charlotte Casiraghi for always being so naturally beautiful and not cheapening her look ever, plus she has that whole Euro-luxe look down to a T. Viviana Volpicella, especially when she’s paired up with ADR…they both always look so happy and like they’re enjoying themselves so much. Aaaand Hanneli Mustaparta!
