I usually get Monday blues (what with school, job and other obligations) but I always try to keep things positive. And the arrival of spring/summer collections in stores make me feel really excited! Here are some of my favorite things today: 
Love her smile and her flower headband! 
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m kidding about the dinner part but it’s definitely going to be part of my dinner! Yum!

LOVE this post!! It makes me so happy!! I love the summer tops especially the bottom row! I wish I could surf!! That is something I have always wanted to do or at least try to do. The male models in the plaid are gorgeous! HELLO!
Reruns of SNL are always a win!! I love SNL so much lately. I just have a major crush on Andy Samberg and Kristen Wigg is awesome. You make such a great point about romantic comedies. They really do leave you feeling empty. Such a great way to describe them. I watch movies over and over again too. My bf thinks I’m crazy especially since the ones I watch over and over are not necessarily the “best” movies out there. AHh Disney movies!! You can’t go wrong with Disney. Disney definitely doesn’t have an age limit, shoot not only do I still stop by my mother watches Disney too. haha! Have a Happy Monday!!

We are about to buy roller-blades together with Ghi to have some extra fun this summer. I will make a post on rollers when that happens, it’s another big thing here too.

Ohhhh, you ALWAYS inspire me so much!! Today you have really really inspired me and filled my heart with joy! You know, your blog is the perfect remedy for Monday blues..that is for sure. The smile in the first photo is contagious to begin with, and now I’m really craving avocados…I LOVE them!! I’m really obsessed with your favourite summer tops, especially the nude one on the top left and the blue floral on bottom right! Amazing! I love surfing and skating too, how fun that we both like them!! My husband taught me how to surf when we lived in San Diego…but he is WAY better than me but it’s still fun! Hi, Shin! I’m feeling much better, thank you, although not completely recovered. The first picture is so beautiful! so 70s, isn’t it? 😉 Regarding the Herve Leger interview, I tend to agree with him to some degree: there is a huge difference between the supermodels of the 90s and many o the models today, there is not much fun on the runways nowdays, is there? I was watching the fashion shows during fashion weeks and I really thought that many of the models were too damn skinny. Maybe it’s the designers’ fault as well, because they choose the models for their shows, right? This is a long debate, maybe it requires an elaborated post. Hello, Monday blues. By Sunday night, I am dreading Monday morning. Ughhghgghghgh. We all need our guilty pleasures to endure our long weeks.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my post about friendships. It makes me feel better knowing that I am not the only one experiencing these things. Sometimes, I feel like a loser or something because I don’t have a gaggle of girlfriends. I have come to accept that I am more of a loner when it comes to this. I have two people with whom I am very close – my fiance and mom – and that is really all I need. I would love to have some close girlfriends, but I am not going to compromise who I am or put myself in uncertain circumstances just to obtain those friends. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I have a very busy life. So thanks for helping me feel better about this. 🙂 I believe we would make great real life friends. <3
