What are your favorite hair styles this summer? My hair is really straight and long and I don’t do anything to it except wear headbands occasionally. Lately, I’ve been wanting to dye it dark blond…but we’ll see. xxoxoxoxooxoxxooxoxoxxoo

i think braids are the way to go for summer! messy buns look real good on long hair too no matter what season, & it works really well for lazy people like me, haha.

love the photos, i love plaits but they always fall out…..suppose it doesnt matter much cos they look good messy. i always feel a bit lazy with my hair though and never seem to do much with it

I think that two braids up in the head would be perfect, but my hair isn't long enough! So I just keep it up at home and loose outside.

Love the fish tail braid! My hair has been really simple this summer, I just changed the parting.
I love either drying my hair in a braid so that it gets wavy or only partially blow drying it and letting it wave a bit that way. I'm all about the waves this summer!!
Gorgeous pics! Your hair is beautiful and I am the same, straight with lovely hairbands. They are my latest obsession! Fab ones from Anthropologie and you can sometimes turn their necklaces into headbands too! (but don't give my secret away 😉 Great blog! City Girl x

Braids! I wear my unbrushed hair in a headband everyday for work, so lazy in the AM! lol

If I were blonde-hands down I'd have some pale pink streaks in my hair this summer. However it's a style that really wouldn't work in my dark dark brown locks…so I just admire those who can pull it off!
