I don’t own a lot of prints in my closet..in fact, I can count them on one hand. 1 print shorts and 1 printed jumpsuit. That’s about it. oh yes, definitely i love prints and would be wearing them this summer! but i can only go as far as printed tops and skirts, not pants for some reason 🙁

  7. Cinz says:

Oh yes pls! I love printed outfits!!! I used to be a big fan, be it polka dots, stripe, floral, or anything that is color and with a lot of mixed patterns!!! I have to say, i’ve toned down on that style for the past year as i’m starting to appreciate neutral looks as well. None the less, i still love printed skirts and dresses!!! Great selections of photos too:D

And oh my, Jonanthan Saunders Spring collection 2011 totally blew me away! I loved all the textures, colors, and shapes that he played around with!!!

    Happy weekend Shin:D

Hi, Shin! The Jonathan Saunders collection is one of my favourite spring collections as well: splendide colors and prints. I love that editorial with Jessica Stam lensed by Patrick Demarchelier. You know, now that you mention it, I really should add some prints to my wardrobe, a bright one and a geometrical one I would love the most. Hope you have a beautiful Sunday! xoxo Ada

  14. I like some prints, it just depends on the type. I definitely love floral prints! But I don’t have a lot in my closet either, sometimes I think it swallows a person and becomes too much. I think it’s a matter of how one pair prints with the rest of the outfit is the most important thing. But some of these you have posted here are just beautiful! I love the blue skirt on the top left, and the floral skirts just below it! Hope you are having a great weekend sweet friend!

  17. Tea For Two says:

I love prints – the louder the better! Particularly fond of that BCBG Sculpted Jersey Top which I can imagine wearing in a number of ways. That’s the key with prints for me – it should still be accessible, I shouldn’t have to worry about making sure I’ve washed THE ONE THING it works with the day before. If I can throw it on, it’s a winner 🙂

  18. I am definitely looking for many printed skirts of all lengths for spring 😉

  19. :) says:

I really love this post 🙂 I’ve never fully embraced the print trend, I’m more a single colours type of girl!
Though the only exception is my summer dresses! I love floraaaals 🙂
In regards to KOL, I was right at the front at their concert! Like it went me, barrier, them 😀 aaaah!
Got Caleb’s plectrum tooo 😉 ha!

I actually have a lot of print dresses, but I rarely wear them. I went through a phase where I couldn’t stop buying them and when I was younger they seemed quite appropriate. I prefer solid colors these days, but I might dig a few of my old dresses out now that I’m in London (where anything goes. Paris was definitley not print-friendly). Florals are timeless, but I’ve found myself loving digital prints too, like that Carven skirt you posted.

  36. great post…amazing selection…you have a great eye

  37. Shelby says:

Great post! I don’t have many prints either and this is certainly inspiring, so thank you!!

  41. shikha says:

I don’t own many prints either. I usually feel i can’t carry them off too well. Or maybe I’m just a scaredy cat. I wanna try though this spring, sum pretty florals or wow the Jonathan Saunders collection seems great!

  42. Yah, I don’t have a lot of prints sadly. I always feel like I need them though – so there is a shortage from my mind to when I buy things, haha!

  43. P.S. Thanks for your reply to that feminism post, btw! I really liked reading what you had to say. I agree!

    Eternally yours,

  48. Carly says:

I love prints but unfortunately as I my latest outfit posts tells you I’m a minimal black outfit kind of girl, I’m definitely going to try this summer to bring more life to my wardrobe so lets see what the future holds.

    new outfit post up: http://www.dressedupdown.blogspot.com

  49. yoana says:

I love all those skirts: short, long, red, pink, floral…..

  50. Becca says:

So, you know me and my affinity for prints. This season, I’m totally overwhelmed with options and I’m like a child with ADD. I want everything!!! You should definitely dip your toe into more prints, maybe start with a fun skirt that you can pair with total tops. Me, I’m dying for some ridiculous printed pants.

  51. Ilaria says:

Wow!! I have, I think, a long brown printed dress, a light blue/white shirt and… I don’t remember.. I don’t like very much this print but it’s nice to look 🙂

    airalipassion.blogspot.com

  52. Biaa says:

I must say I am a fan of prints! I especially love the third outfit/photo. Head to toe! Definitely something I could see myself wearing 🙂
I watched Alpha and Omega Friday. That’s that animated movie about the wolves that came out recently. Today my brother and I watched Limitless, with Bradley Cooper. I wouldn’t recommend paying to watch that movie. I always come away from his movies disappointed. He’s not that great an actor. More a good looking guy. Oh vey 🙂
I should do some work for my group assignment now *sighhhh* I really don’t want to, I’ve been so swamped with work that this small reprieve has been far too enjoyable, when really, I should still keep my head in the game. Boo!
I don’t know what I’d do without work, but I do know I enjoy my summers without classes FAR too much haha. Hope you had a more productive weekend than I did!!!

  53. Momojae says:

No Kidding!! :O I love Jonathan Saunders’s collection too! It’s such a breath of fresh air. I haven’t had much luck in find a good print on me… the only “print” I wear is bold stripes.

  54. Lee Oliveira says:

Hopefully next SS i will be photographing more colours.
