Tshirts, denim shorts, sun kissed skin, flowy dresses, sandals, white skinny jeans, barely there bikinis….that’s summer in the city.
I dress like this girl when it’s 80 degrees outside but I still want to look put together and stylish. I’ll wear bright-colored wedges or sandals instead of boots though.

Great post! Love the first outfit, and the one with the long skirt is really nice but I don’t think I’d ever be “brave enough” to wear one of those skirts. It takes a lot for a person to wear one well, IMO :b

Your collaboration for a denim jacket is perfect! That outfit is definitely ideal. I really love that clutch. I also love that photo with the girl in the denim shirt and almost boyfriend like shorts. Very cute!
As for Franco and Lohan collaborating, I know not my favorite pairing. Apparently they used to date so this nudity thing isn’t awkward for them. However, you know she needed someone likable to work with in order for this book to sell. It’s kind of sad really.

Yay for denim shirts and jackets! I can’t wait till summer, but it’s hard to think about when it was 14 degrees here today. I couldn’t believe it! Oh well, I’m really looking forward to lovely picks like these long skirts and high-waisted shorts–and getting a tan!
Oh I can’t wait for summer, and to wear everything you listed! But I guess it’s good I have a few more months before I have to wear a bikini, lol! 🙂

Summer? Haha! Just give me Spring for now, and I’ll be happy. I agree that I would wear sandals with the first look…boots in warm weather just doesn’t make sense (and the whole UGG boots with shorts/dresses drives me crazy!). Gorgeous maxi skirt btw!

Sorry, I just wanted to respond to what you had recently commented on my site. That’s one of my favorite parts on “The Devil Wears Prada” with Stanley Tucci too. I didn’t expect him to do that because I was really feeling for her at that point but he was totally right. Anyways, it is unfortunate when movies think sex is what can sell it. That just tells you its not a good movie. One that is kind of like that is “Love and Other Drugs.” It has a good meaning behind it but it had some unnecessary scenes. But the worse part is Lohan and Franco aren’t doing a movie together it’s a “sex” book so this is all on their own doing. I don’t know what to make of that.

Can’t wait for summer!! I’m on this denim shirt craze right now. I’ve got a dark wash, but I’m looking for a lighter wash that’s consistent throughout the shirt. I keep finding ones that ARE lighter wash, but then fade to darker wash at the bottom or on the sleeves… definitely not what I want haha. It’s really weird, cause I haven’t appreciated denim shirts much before last year, but all of a sudden I just really want a couple to have around and throw on when going out for a bit =P
