While cleaning out my bookshelves, I found this book called “The Plague” by Albert Camus and started reading it. It’s a fascinating story of a small French town being plauged by a bunch of rats all of a sudden and how it affects people from all walks of life. The sentences are quite long and elaborate but I couldn’t stop reading it because much of what happened in the book is still happening today. People don’t care about disasters unless it happen to them personally and authorities will ignore most crimes unless it reach an alarming point.I’m wearing an ASOS floral dress with little red buttons and ruffles on the neck. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! xxoxoxoxo

The book sounds interesting! I love bloggers who show an intellectual side xx
Would you say it is more accurate to call Camus an existentialist, or an absurdist?
