Every spring season and sometimes even during fall season, we can expect to see crop tops popping up on the runways and while it can be intimidating to pull off this look, I think that you can definitely wear it in a classy way. Here are some of my favorite looks from the spring 2011 collections and my inspired outfits.

Oh I love your examples for crop tops, you always find the best styles. I think it depends on location… like in San Diego where I’m from, crop tops are ALWAYS in! 🙂 I actually wore my bikini top and a tiny skirt to the shops all by the beach and it’s totally normal. LOVE it, Shin! I used to shy away from cropped tops, but with high-waisted pants, they are a no brainer. I need to save this for future cropped top inspiration looks. To be honest, I’ve been living in fear of the day that crop tops would come back in fashion… Some people can pull this look off with style, but I don’t think its for me. Still, on the runway it does make an incredible impact 🙂

I adore that long pleated skirt! I love crop tops but I am not confident enough to wear them. They look great on everyone else though! If only I had the confidence I had in high school- that would be awesome. I like that “Southwestern” looking crossbody bag too. I have been digging the Southwestern look lately. I don’t even know why I never cared for it before.
Yeah I’m not the best at interior design myself unless I have an endless amount of money I can spend. Designing on a budget is not so easy nor glamourous. : ) I do like your suggestion of a light blue though. That just might be a contender!!

I think it looks amazing on other girls, but if I wore it, trust me, it would be devastating and just plain mean to everyone around me! Haha, can you say muffin top? Well I have like 5 of those all around the waist line! So no I can’t wear this trend, but I think it looks so feminine, bohemian and lovely on the lucky ones who can rock it!
I really like the picks, I would definitely like to wear one this summer…but a lot more exercising is required (a good incentive 😉 ) I love House of Harlow ring…Nicole’s jewellery is amazing!
I think crop tops can be tricky…but I just bought a cropped sweater from H&M and it’s really easy to wear, so I would suggest that for those who are a little shy. Or cold.

i love the look!! Although i tried a few cropped tops in H&M last week and they looked a tad bit weird on me! lol….You know how some ppl cant pull off certain trends? As much as i would love to be able to:)
